Meet Our Staff

Kim Smith, Store Manager

Kim Smith is a well-rounded percussionist from Glen Burnie, MD. She has been with Menchey Music since 2018 and was promoted to Manager of the Westminster store after dedicating 3 years to the Lesson Coordinator position at the Gambrills store. Kim also enjoys working with local high school marching bands and indoor percussion programs. She is the director of Chrome City Percussion based out of Glen Burnie, Md and when she is not working, she is most likely still working on other projects that involve music. She is the current Percussion Instructor for the Baltimore Marching Ravens and can be seen at all Ravens home games during the season with the band.

Andrew Schwartz, School Service Representative

Andrew is an avid percussionist and drummer currently based in Towson, MD.  On most weekends, you can find him playing drum set with Mood Swings Big Band, one of the busiest wedding bands in the Baltimore area.  Outside of music, Andrew loves cooking barbecue on his smoker, watching Formula 1 racing, and going on weekend excursions with his wife and dog.
